The underwear feels good during normal use. It also feels dry-enough when doing a heavy working out, no chaffing and no swamp-ass.

I bought the blue Coq-medium size underwear, size 32-33. I wear medium-size underwear and size 32 belt waist for pants.

The Coq-medium I purchased seems to run smaller than typical mediums. Still fits since stretchy waist band. Those that wear a Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Cariloha, or Jockey medium should consider the Coq-Large.

How do you prevent bunching/ride-up?

The fine weave of our natural fabric allows for more intuitive form-fitting on the body.  This paired with our low-profile stitching enabled more of a 'second skin' feel that 100% cotton AND 100% polyester underwear cannot achieve.  

 

All this while your coq is firmly holstered in the Rooster House pouch makes you feel locked and loaded every morning.

Are Coq Classics any different/better than other pouch underwear?

The Coq Classics are different than any other underwear on the market.  We designed them from scratch with nothing but enthusiasm, caffeine and a deep seated love of underwear.

 

Will they upgrade your underwear drawer?  Certainly, but only one way to find out for sure.

I don't want to wear polyester underwear, is this a good choice?

We get it.  Polyester is a four letter word these days.  

 

The Coq Classics are made of bamboo viscose fabric.  Our waistband, which is stretchy and form fitting, is made of spandex.  This is necessary to achieve the elastic effect found in almost every underwear waistband on the market.

They look great. I don’t love the lack of a crotch panel but the maison/pouch is comfortable even if not the most useful. I rate these two stars based off the waist band, which seems to “roll” on itself frequently. I usually wear Hanes and hardly ever notice the band. Unfortunately the MdC bands were noticeable throughout the day.

The material is nice very nice. High quality. Luxurious even. The pouch design is unique. I don’t own any other underwear quite like them. The pouch lends itself to being a little more pointy. I’d like for it to be a little more rounded. And maybe that’s me and my own anatomy in them. But I get the feeling it’s like that for other guys too from the pics I’ve seen on socials. I still need to keep trying them out on different days with different outfits under different styles of pants. They’re great to sleep in for sure. And I’ll be wearing them around the house when it’s just me and my partner home. I’m sure he’ll like that.
